Stephanie's bootcamp workout is designed to increase your heat rate, while toning through strength training. We'll work core, legs, arms, and abs, while incorporating cardio. No body part left behind! The workout consists of quick short intervals of intense movements, followed by brief rest periods. Get ready to sweat!

Space is limited. Please arrive early for registration as the bootcamp will begin promptly at 12:00PM. We will meet at the entrance to the stairs on Jefferson.
