Liquid Motion is a method and style of movement that is inspired by the floorwork of pole dancers. For 75 minutes, indulge yourself in a great workout and have fun getting in touch with your sensuality through dance and movement exploration. This style of dance builds self-confidence, and helps you to explore and understand your body's natural movement.
The class is open to everyone and it is recommended that you wear long pants and knee pads because we will be spending most of our time on the floor! Get ready to have fun!
You'll need to bring/wear: yoga attire, water & knee-pads
