I am an avid adventure seeker and self-proclaimed fitness junkie. My passion for both travel and fitness has always been in my heart, and has only grown over the years. I studied in Costa Rica, volunteered in Dominican Republic, and later lived in Spain for two years.
I workout six days a week, because fitness simply keeps me grounded, motivated, and energized. I can’t do without it. I’m a certified spin instructor, and often host workout boot camps in LA. Yoga, hiking, and boxing are just a few of my faves, but I will do almost anything physical. I have been to 17 countries, and counting! I enjoy immersing myself in foreign cultures, learning languages, and exploring new terrain.
